By browsing or buying from Novakora you agree to the terms below. They are written plainly on purpose.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify payment.
Pricing and currency
Prices may display in your local currency for convenience. The currency and final total charged are those confirmed on the checkout page. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Products
We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and natural materials vary between pieces.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at scale, or use it for fraudulent orders. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse.
Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our refund policy and shipping & returns pages, which form part of these terms.
