This page is maintained by Novakora and explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, contact number and the contents of your order. If you create an account, we store your email address and account settings. If you opt in, we store your email notification preferences.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Shopify's hosted checkout. Card details are entered on Shopify's payment page and are never stored on our systems.
How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to support requests, and — only where you have opted in — send occasional store updates.
Service providers
We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the store: Shopify (commerce and checkout), our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, and the shipping carrier handling your parcel.
Cookies
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep your bag, currency selection and sign-in session working. Disabling them may break parts of the store.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@novakora.co.za. You can change marketing email settings yourself on the email preferences page. Some order records are retained where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
